The Gyanee Professional Network Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Gyanee Professional Network Site and/or services. The Gyanee Professional Network service and network (collectively �Gyanee�) are operated by SWStrategies, LLC and its corporate affiliates (collectively, �us�, �we� or �the Company�).

Personal information

• We ask for some personal information when you create a Gyanee Account, including your contact information and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
• We store, process and maintain your messages, team lists, shares and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you.
• When you use Gyanee Site or Service, our servers may automatically record certain data about your use of Gyanee Professional Network. A partial list of this data includes the number of login attempts, date / time of login, browser type, IP-address, cookie ID, referral URL, and click-stream. This data is used to provide better service to you.

Uses

• We maintain and process your Gyanee account and its contents to provide the Gyanee Professional Network service to you and to improve our services. Our computers may choose to show you advertisements based on your profile and past & current activities.

Information sharing and onward transfer

• We may provide advertisers only aggregated non-personal information such as the number of times one of their ads was clicked. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.
